Ostrich Egg Bowl

For this wedding, we played with different ways to present food. Sometimes the anticipation experienced when lifting the cover off a dish is as pleasant as eating the food itself. We wanted to create a bowl that would create a special experience for our guests.
Soup was ladled into these large ostrich eggs, which were then adorned with a pearl “tureen” handle.
