What Are Your Goals For 2013?

I hope all of you had a safe and joyful transition into the new year and are inspired and dedicated to making this next year your best yet. While I am a big fan of setting goals, I believe that resolutions can be made and revised any time of year. That said, staying on track and motivated is a lot easier when you have support (I’ll try remember that when I want to go for yet another cookie).
I’d like to ask you what your goals for 2013 are and three ways you plan to achieve them. How do you stay focused? What challenges to do expect to face and how will you work around them?
